REFUND POLICY

POSITANO ESSENTIAE REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 working days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Substitutions (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at positanoessentiae@gmail.com and ship your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who purchased the item received the order to deliver it to you later, the refund will be made to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

To return your product, you must ship it to:

Return shipping costs will be at your expense and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.

If you are returning an item of greater value than 75€ , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned product.
